Selection

Selection is a key component in successful animal breeding; which involves identifying particular animals or groups of animals with key traits that we want expressed in future generations. 

We focus on a large number of traits including body weight, walking ability, feed efficiency, meat yield and egg production, to ensure we meet the demand of the turkey value chain in a sustainable way, while considering the health and wellness of the animals.
